This page is dedicated to creative pieces I've written for personal reflection or a variety of poetry classes. Though I have been trained to write in a more rigid struture for public relations, I enjoy the expression of free verse and poetic reflection, showing that my writing talents expand past the press release formula and into areas of metaphorical illustration.
This poem was written in my Poetry in Translation class in response to "The Drunken Boat" by Arthur Rimbaud.
This poem is in response to the structure and ideas of "Der Panther" by Rainer Maria Rilke.
